Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take? Every piece is crafted after you order. Production takes 5–7 business days, then shipping takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is typically 8–12 business days within the United States.
How much is shipping? Shipping is FREE on orders of $69 or more. Orders under $69 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. Follow us on Instagram @roanbloom.co for updates on international shipping.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status at roanbloom.com/account.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer 365-day returns — a full year to decide. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Read our full Return Policy →
Where do returns ship to? All returns ship to our facility in Farmingdale, NY using a prepaid label we provide — no cost to you, no international shipping required.
How do I start a return? Email us at support@roanbloom.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Do I need to ship the item back? For orders under $40, we offer a "Keep It" refund — no return needed. For orders $40 and above, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Can I exchange an item? We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you'd like.
Products & Sizing
What are your clothes made of? Our Denim Collection (Snap Shirts, Shorts, Jeans, Dresses, Jackets) is made from premium denim and denim-blend fabrics. Our Cotton Essentials (Graphic Tees, Pocket Tees) are made from soft, pre-shrunk cotton.
What sizes do you carry? We currently offer sizes S through 3XL (US 4–22).
How do your clothes fit? Each product page includes detailed measurements. Check our Size Guide for help finding your perfect fit. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up — our denim has a relaxed, comfortable fit.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos? We do our best to represent colors accurately, but screen settings can vary. Our denim pieces have a natural, lived-in quality — slight variations in wash and color are part of the character.

What do the prints mean? Every Roanbloom print is inspired by a real story from the American West — from frontier women and Wild West legends to the landscapes that shaped a nation. Visit The Print Stories to discover the history behind each design.
Are the prints screen-printed or digital? Our prints use high-quality digital printing on denim and screen printing on cotton, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting designs that won't fade or crack with washing.
What is "Voice & Verse"? Voice & Verse is our statement typography line — bold words inspired by Western women's resilience. These prints feature text placed on the back of the garment, between the shoulder blades.
