365-Day Returns

You have 365 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund. No rush, no pressure.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition.

How It Works

Orders Under $40 — Keep It

For orders under $40, we offer a Keep It refund — full refund, no return needed. Pass it to a friend, donate it, or keep it as a backup.

Damaged or Defective?

Email us a photo at support@roanbloom.com. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice, no return needed.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. Return for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you'd like.

Good to Know

• Refunds appear on your statement in 5–10 business days (depends on your bank)
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error
• Return label is prepaid — no cost to you
