Who can participate?
Customers who have purchased and received a Roanbloom item are welcome to participate.
What can I submit?
Share an original, clear photo or video featuring your Roanbloom piece on Instagram or Facebook. Tag @roanbloom.co on Instagram or @Roanbloom on Facebook, and use #RoanbloomLook.
How are rewards selected?
Every qualified submission earns a reward. Most qualified submissions receive $5 OFF, while selected photos may receive $10 OFF and selected videos may receive $50 OFF. The highest eligible reward applies.
Can I participate more than once?
Yes! You’re welcome to participate again with new, original Roanbloom content. Each submission is reviewed separately. Duplicate or previously submitted content is not eligible for an additional reward.
How long is the program available?
The Roanbloom UGC Program is ongoing. There is no fixed campaign end date. Submissions are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and reward codes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
What if my Instagram or Facebook account is private?
You can still participate. Send us your photo or video, along with your order number, by DM on Instagram @roanbloom.co or Facebook @Roanbloom.
Can Roanbloom use my content?
By submitting your content, you grant Roanbloom permission to repost and use approved content on Roanbloom-owned social media, website, and email marketing channels, subject to the program terms. Paid advertising usage, if applicable, will be requested separately.
