Trail Camp Starlight
On the long trail drives of the 1860s–1890s, the night camp was the only home cowboys knew for months at a stretch. One sleeps wrapped in a wool blanket. One studies tomorrow's trail map by the last ember glow. One gazes into the darkness. Above them, the Milky Way stretches from horizon to horizon — the only ceiling between here and Kansas. Our Remington-inspired inverted line art renders silver and copper lines on deep black, as if the scene is lit by moonlight alone.
